Administrators & Leaders

We work with leaders, policymakers, and system changers who are dedicated to creating healthy, productive learning and working environments, and desire to find effective ways to balance the mental health needs of their staff and/or students with daily workload expectations.

By promoting self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-care strategies, we aim to create a ripple effect that enhances the well-being of professionals, youth, and their families. We understand the importance of a thriving and resilient workforce where both the wellness of staff and the achievement of job expectations harmoniously coexist. We also utilize a multi-tiered system of supports to prevent challenging behavior from occurring, encourage academic engagement and developing systematic responses to behavioral errors at both building and district levels.
