Get to know Emily Donovan

Hello and welcome! My name is Emily Donovan and I am a dedicated school social worker and behavior analyst with 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have helped students with diverse needs achieve their goals and empowered them to succeed in school and in their communities.
Over the years, I have supported system-wide social-emotional behavior and mental health for several school districts, using research-based practices to improve student outcomes. I have a particular passion for PBIS and have trained and coached educators on its implementation. Additionally, I am a certified Restorative Practices trainer through the IIRP. I have been dedicated to not only the social emotional wellness of students but to educators as well by assisting districts to establish a culture of connection, accountability, and positive behavior.
More than anything else, I am committed to helping all students succeed and reach their full potential by providing tools to the caring and compassionate adults that support them. I believe that every child has unique strengths and challenges, and my job is to empower YOU with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
